Dr. Phillip Lowe completed his doctoral degree in clinical psychology (Psy.D) and MA in Theology at Fuller Theological Seminary. He studied Marital and Family Therapy (MFT), and also received his Bachelor and Master degrees in Electrical Engineering at UCLA. He was involved in family ministry, counseling adults and families at church during the past few years. He has conducted numerous workshops on marital enrichment, manhood, and sexuality at churches and conferences in the past. He is a part-time ministering pastor at Chinese Christian Church of Thousand Oaks (CCCTO) for the Cantonese ministry.
