A “good” resume is about more than just proper format. Before you get to sit down with a prospective employer and share why you would be qualified for a position, a Human Resource recruiter will scan your resume for certain characteristics that they’re looking for. Your resume should be more than just a record of your education and work experiences. It should convey your strengths and potential, and how you do that through a resume is an art form in and of itself.
