Dr. Agnes Ip, Founder & CEO
Dr. Agnes Ip is the Founder and President of Presence Quotient and a California licensed marriage and family therapist. She graduated from Alliance Bible Seminary and received her Masters in Clinical Psychology at Azusa Pacific University and Alliant International University (AIU). She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at AIU with an emphasis in multicultural community clinical psychology. In her earlier years, she was a church minister in Hong Kong and later served as a mental health therapist for government subsidized outpatient clinics. In recent years, Agnes has provided clinical guidance for marriage & family therapist trainees and interns from various universities.
Wicy graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a B.A. in Communications where she concentrated more on photocommunications. She started out as a volunteer helping out with RE:NEW and is currently the Social Media Coordinator & Assistant Ministry Coordination. She enjoys music and serves at her church as a worship leader. On her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, coffee, journaling, photographing, and spending time with family and friends.
Before becoming a full-time staff of Presence in 2012, Joanne’s diverse career background brings a lot of support to Presence. She’s helped with administrative and promotions of training and events in the past, now she has transitioned into multimedia coordinator where she handles media-related projects due to the increase in demand. Outside of work, she enjoys creating evangelical productions in musical and theatrical, reading, writing, going on mission trips, and teaching children Sunday school.
Elizabeth Hughes graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Master of Arts in Christian Ministries and Leadership (with a focus on Women’s Ministries) from Biola University. She recently moved to Sapporo, Japan where her husband teaches English and where she gets to play all day. Jokes aside, her job as RE:NEW’s contractor, Communications Editor, allows her to do what she loves: write, help others write better, and meet interesting people along the way. Her hobbies include reading, exploring Sapporo, learning to cook and learning to rest.
