Dr. Agnes Ip, Founder & CEO
Dr. Agnes Ip is the Founder and CEO of Presence, Presence Hong Kong, and Presence Canada. She is a California licensed marriage and family therapist and has a Ph.D. degree in Clinical Psychology. In her early years, she was a church minister in Hong Kong, now she is a lecturer at several seminary schools. Dr. Agnes has been passionate about nurturing the next generation to serve in their families, workplaces, and current cultural context. To help people deal with the challenges in a multicultural environment, Dr. Agnes developed the Presence Life Planning Curriculum (PLPC). With creative and systematic guidance, PLPC enables connections between individuals, families, and communities, thus helping people live out their faith with wisdom.

Wicy Zhang | Project Coordinator
Wicy graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a B.A. in Communications where she concentrated on photocommunications. She started out as a volunteer helping out with RE:NEW and is currently the Project Coordinator at Presence working closely with multimedia and ministry needs. She enjoys music and serves at her church as a worship leader. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, coffee, journaling, music, photography, and spending time with family and friends.
Jessie Lo | Project Assistant
Jessie graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a B.A. in Studio Art. She would like to work in animation and pre-production for the entertainment industry in the future. She is now working at Presence as Project Assistant for design work. In her free time, she enjoys gaming, watching anime, reading Webtoons, and playing with her friends’ dogs.
Elizabeth Hughes | Content Writer and Editor
Elizabeth graduated from Biola University with a BA in Journalism and an MA in Christian Ministry and Leadership. After graduating, she and her husband Geoff moved to Sapporo, Japan for 3.5 years to share the gospel through English teaching. In 2019, she moved back to the US and started working with RE:NEW as a Content Writer and Editor. She loves to travel and explore new places with her husband and two daughters and as a hobby, she blogs about their adventures together.

Rev. Dr. Richard Chung | Advisor
Pastor Richard has been serving as a pastor since 1993, both in Los Angeles and in the San Francisco Bay Area. He graduated from UCLA with a degree in Economics. He received his Doctor of Ministry from Talbot School of Theology with a dissertation on helping people resist sexual temptations and pornography.
